A delicious pan grilled fish. Crusty on outside and moist and flaky inside.

Recipe Ingredients for Pan Grilled Salmon Filet

4 oz. salmon
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp butter, unsalted
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

Recipe Directions for Pan Grilled Salmon Filet

  1. Preheat oven to 400F

  2. Salt and pepper both sides of filet. Drizzle with lemon juice. Meanwhile, heat oil and butter in heavy skillet until hot. Add salmon skin side up and sear (about 2 mins) turn and sear briefly then place in oven to finish cooking. About 4-5 minutes.
