Recipe Ingredients for pan fried white fish with bacon

14 mL Olivio, (Olive oil and vegetable oil mixed )
1 serving (LIDL) Beech smoked bacon lardons
120 grams Whitefish, Mixed Species
60 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
50 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
10 grams Parsley
10 grams Coriander Leaves
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
30 grams Onions

Recipe Directions for pan fried white fish with bacon

  1. Chop onions, peppers and tomatoes and cut fish into cubes

  2. Heat oil in frying pan and fry onions and bacon

  3. Add peppers, and tomatoes (cherry tomatoes can be used whole)

  4. Add fish (any white fish) and fry until fish is cooked through

  5. Add Parsley and Coriander

  6. Season to taste
