Recipe Ingredients for Pan Fried Trout Filets ala Mariam

76 grams Crispy Southern Style Seasoned Fish-Fri Mix
4 tblsp Olive Oil Canola Extra Virgin Olive
1/4 cup nonfat buttermilk
4 serving trout filet raw

Recipe Directions for Pan Fried Trout Filets ala Mariam

Put filets in ziplock bag with buttermilk. Marinate at least one hour. Put oil in electric skillet on medium high. Remove filets from buttermilk and coat with seasoning. Shake off any excess and place in fry pan skin side down. After it browns turn. Then reduce heat to medium low and finish cooking.
