Recipe Ingredients for Pan Fried Tilapia

32 oz tilapia filets
4 tbsp butter
1/4 cup flour
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Pan Fried Tilapia

  1. Pat dry tilapia with paper towel.

  2. Place flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder in bag.

  3. Add fish and shake to coat.

  4. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat until hot.

  5. Add floured fillets to skillet and pan fry for 2 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
