Fresh tilapia pan fried with herbs

Recipe Ingredients for Pan fried Tilapia with dill and chives

1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
3 oz Tilapia Fresh Seafood
0.5 tbsp Salted Butter
0.33 spray Original Cooking Spray
5 sprigs Dill Weed, Fresh
1 tbsp chopped Chives
1 tsp Parsley, Dried
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt

Recipe Directions for Pan fried Tilapia with dill and chives

Heat Pam spray and 1/2 tbsp of butter in pan over med heat. Salt and pepper each fillet and lightly flour. Cook in pan till lightly brown on each side. Sprinkle with dill, chives, and parsley. Squirt lemon over it if desired.
