Recipe Ingredients for Pan Fried Tarragon Chicken

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders (about 12-15 tenders)
2 tbsp poultry seasoning
1 tbsp dried tarragon, crumbled
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Pan Fried Tarragon Chicken

  1. Place chicken between two sheets of plastic wrap.

  2. With kitchen mallet, pound tenders until they are about 1/4 inch thick.

  3. In medium bowl, mix poultry seasoning, tarragon, garlic, and sald together.

  4. Coat the chicken with the seasoning mixture.

  5. Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat on high.

  6. When skillet is hot, add 4-5 chicken tenders and cook on medium-high heat until golden and firm (about 1-2 minutes per side).

  7. Wipe pan with paper towel to remove any burned crumbs and repeat process until all tenders are cooked.

  8. Brown rice or salad with a dijon/lemon dressing are good sides.
