Recipe Ingredients for Pan Fried Scallion Bread

1/3 cup water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp yeast
1/4 cup egg beaters
1 cup flour
1/2 cup wheat flour

Filling:
1 tbsp oil
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Pan Fried Scallion Bread

  1. Proof yeast, mix everything...let rise for 4 hours.

  2. Cook in skillet with 1/2 tbsp oil and some water. about 6 minutes per side over medium heat.
