Recipe Ingredients for pan fried rosemary potatoes

6 small red potatoes or small new white potatoes, sliced in half
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tbls of dried rosemary,
3 tbls of extra virgin olive oil
1 tbls of
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp of freshly ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for pan fried rosemary potatoes

  1. Steam the potatoes for about 10 minutes in a steamer or par boil.

  2. Heat the butter and the oil in a skillet and arrange the potatoes flesh side down in the pan.

  3. Add onions and rosemary

  4. Cover and sauté the potatoes for about 5 to 10 minutes until onions are soft and potatoes are browned. Stir halfway through.

  5. Season with salt and pepper.
