2 cloves garlic
1/8 teaspoon salt

  2. Slice or chop onions. Smash garlic

  3. Heat garlic and onions in oil, then add potatoes.

  4. Add water and cover during the cooking process, checking frequently to prevent burning. Turn potatoes occasionally with care to prevent breakage.
