Floured pork chop pan-fried in canola oil with salt and pepper. To get 5 portions out of 4 chops, cut up some of chops to get meat for the kids to eat (5th portion).

Recipe Ingredients for Pan-fried pork chop

4 pork chops
1/2 cup flour
4 dashes salt
4 dashes pepper
1 T canola oil

Recipe Directions for Pan-fried pork chop

Heat oil in skillet. Flour each chop. Salt and pepper each chop. Place chops in heated oil. Fry approximately 5 min each side. Save drippings to make gravy.
