Recipe Ingredients for Pan Fried Perch

3 fillet Ocean Perch, Atlantic
20 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 tsp Paprika
2 dash Salt, Table
0.076 large Egg, Whole
0.014 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
2 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Pan Fried Perch

  1. Mix 1/2 cup of flour, 1 tbs of paprika, 1/4 tsp of salt

  2. Mix one egg and 1/2 cup of milk

  3. Heat butter on stovetop

  4. Dip fish in egg wash then drege in flour mixture

  5. Place fish in hot butter and fry until side is browned. Flip and brown the other side

  6. Place filets on paper towels to drain excess butter, serve and enjoy!
