1 tbsp Light Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Pan Fried Halibut

  1. Heat Light Olive Oil

  2. Cut fish into 1" cubes

  3. Scramble Egg

  4. Dip fish in egg

  5. Coat fish with batter mix

  6. Cook until golden brown (3 - 5 min.)
