Recipe Ingredients for Pan-Fried Chicken Strips

2 tbls olive oil
2 pounds boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch strips
2 cloves garlic, crushed
6 green onions, chopped
4 tbls Marsala wine
2 tbls lemon juice
1 Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Pan-Fried Chicken Strips

  1. Heat large frying pan.

  2. Add oil, chicken strips, garlic, green onions. Saute over high heat until chicken is lightly browned and tender.

  3. Remove from pan.

  4. Add Marsala and lemon juice, allow liquid to reduce.

  5. Return chicken to hot pan, add salt and pepper.

  6. Do not overcook. Serve immediately. Goes well with Frittata and fresh green salad.
