Pan-seared chicken, roasted potatoes and steamed carrots & broccoli

Recipe Ingredients for Pan chicken & veggies

15 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
2 clove Garlic
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
880 cal Chicken
1 serving Olive Oil
2 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
2 tsp Lemon Pepper
0.5 tsp Salt
0.5 tsp Parsley, Dried
120 cal Deluxe Steam'ables Broccoli Florets
4 oz Peeled Mini Carrots

Recipe Directions for Pan chicken & veggies

  1. Lightly toss quartered potatoes, onions sliced into wedges and minced garlic with 1/2 olive oil lemon juice, season with kosher salt & parsley.

  2. Roast for 30 minutes in 425 deg oven.

  3. Meanwhile, sautee sliced chicken breast in remaining olive oil. Season with lemon pepper and mrs. dash. Lower heat to simmer & throw carrots in the broth.

  4. Steam broccoli.

  5. Mix potatoes & broccoli in with chicken.

  6. Sprinkle cheese on top.
