Yummy - low calorie chicken parmesan.. not breaded.

Recipe Ingredients for Pan Chicken Parmesan

16 ounce chicken breast, skinless
2 4/5 ounce mozzarella, sliced
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dried rosemary leaves
1 tsp ground oregano
1 tsp dried basil

Recipe Directions for Pan Chicken Parmesan

  1. Cut chicken breasts in half to creat 4 pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.

  2. Heat skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil

  3. cook chicken till done and transfer to baking dish

  4. cover eaach chicken breast with 1/8 cup heated prego spaghetti sauce, 1 slice cheese and dash of herbs

  5. bake in counter top over, broiler or regular oven till cheese is melted and slightly browned.
