we used to have this almost every sunday night in manville. easily adaptable to almost any sauce and protein choice.

Recipe Ingredients for pam's sunday night stir fry

1 lb. chicken breast, boneless skinless
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons canola oil
20 oz. frozen vegetables
8 oz. wide egg noodles

Recipe Directions for pam's sunday night stir fry

  1. put the onions in the canola oil for 2-3 minutes over medium heat

  2. add the chicken breast, brown

  3. remove the pieces of chicken breast, cut into chunks

  4. return chicken chunks to pan

  5. add teriyaki sauce to pan

  6. when it begins to bubble, add frozen vegetables to pan.

  7. cover, cook for 9-10 minutes, stirring once or twice.

  8. at the same time, make the noodles.

  9. serve the stir fry over the noodles.
