Chicken, brown rice and vegetable Stir Fry

Recipe Ingredients for Pam's Stir Fry

2/3 c chicken breast
3/4 c brown rice
1/2 red pepper
1/2 bell pepper
1 tbls garlic
1/2 tomato
1 stalk celery
1/2 zucchini
1 c cauliflower
1 onion
1/4 c chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Pam's Stir Fry

  1. Cook rice in steamer.

  2. Cut all vegetables.

  3. Spray pan w/ Pam olive oil cooking spray.

  4. Heat.

  5. Add vegetables and garlic. Stir fry until they begin to dry.

  6. Add chicken broth.

  7. Cover and cook until desired crispness.

  8. Add chicken and rice, heat and mix into veggies.
