This is my own receipe for sauce with NO salt and little fat. I added spices.

Recipe Ingredients for Pam's sauce

4 oz crumbled Chicken, ground, raw
1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes
1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes
1 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
4 pieces Garlic Cloves
1/2 cup Sauce
1 small Onions

Recipe Directions for Pam's sauce

cook the ground beef and chicken then add the onion, tomatoes pomi and spices. simmer for a few hours.
