1 medium onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 egg
4 slices bread, crumbed
1 tblsp catsup

  1. Preheat oven to 400' F

  2. Mix together all ingredients

  3. Form in loaf pan

  4. Bake 40-50 minutes until done
