A simple, delicious recipe that's fat free except for the healthy fat found in the avocado. Recipe came from a friend who vacationed in Mexico and a local gave it to her. Enjoy!

Recipe Ingredients for Pam's Guacamole

1 medium avocado, mashed
1 tbsp lime juice
3 tbsp nonfat plain yogurt
3 tbsp salsa
1/8 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Pam's Guacamole

Mash avocado and add salt and lime juice to taste. Avocado needs to have a little "twang" to it from the lime juice. If it doesn't, add more. Add the salsa and yogurt and stir. Serve with tortilla chips.
