Recipe Ingredients for Pam's Chicken Casserole

70 crackers, ritz crackers whole wheat
5 cups boneless chicken breast, stewed
1/2 cup salted butter
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 1/4 cup cream of chicken soup
8 ounces sour cream

Recipe Directions for Pam's Chicken Casserole

  1. Boil of chicken breats and cube.

  2. Spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. layer cubed chicken into pan.

  3. Mix Cream of Chicken Soup with Sour Cream. Spread on top of chicken.

  4. Crush Ritz Crackers in plastic bag with rolling pin and spread crumbs on casserole.

  5. Melt butter and pour over crackers.

  6. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until top starts to brown.
