I made this with Olive Oil Mayonaise, light sour cream, less Parmesan cheese and a little more artichoke than the original recipe called for.

Recipe Ingredients for Pampered Chef's Hot Artichoke and Spinach Spread

15 oz Artichoke Hearts, Marinated. drained and chopped
10 oz Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup Mayonnaise, olive Oil
1/4 cup parmesean cheese

Recipe Directions for Pampered Chef's Hot Artichoke and Spinach Spread

  1. Preheat oven to 375*.

  2. In bowl combine artichokes, spinach, garlic, sour cream, mayonnaise and cheese: mix well.

  3. Place mixture in a small pan, spreading evenly. Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through.

  4. spread on bread slices or serve as a dip for veggies.
