Recipe Ingredients for Pammy's chicken provencal

450 g chicken breast, diced
1 medium red pepper, seeded and sliced
1 pepper, sweet, yellow, seeded and sliced
1 medium courgette, topped, tailed and sliced
1 medium red onion, peeled and sliced
1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
400 g chopped tomatoes in juice
1 tbs olive oil

Recipe Directions for Pammy's chicken provencal

  1. heat oil in a large shallow pan

  2. cook onions and garlic until soft

  3. Add chicken and brown it

  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 20-25 minutes
