Roasted garlic and parmesan mashed potatoes

Recipe Ingredients for pamesan garlic mash

6 medium potatoes
6 cloves garlic (roasted in the olive oil then put in)
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for pamesan garlic mash

  1. Boil potatoes skin on or off

  2. Roast garlic in olive oil

  3. When potatoes are done mash and add all ingredients.

  4. Serve 1 cup per person.
