Recipe Ingredients for Pamela's Pancakes

1 cup bisquick (Use Pamela's Bread & Pancake Mix for a gluten-free recipe)
1 egg
3/4 cup water
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Pamela's Pancakes

  1. Mix all ingredients until there are no lumps.

  2. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto preheated, lightly oiled grill. Flip once.

  3. Serve immediately.
