Pamela's Bread Mix base and my version of Apple Pie - tastiest one yet!

Recipe Ingredients for Pamela's Gluten Free Bread Mix - Apple Pie Version

2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
539 grams Gluten-Free Bread Mix
2 serving Kirkland Real Egg Product (1/4 cup liquid eggs)
81 grams Applesauce
6 tsp SPLENDA Sugar Blend for Baking
1/4 tsp Yeast
1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
30 grams Market Pantry - apples dried fruit

Recipe Directions for Pamela's Gluten Free Bread Mix - Apple Pie Version

  1. Oven Baking Method

  2. PREHEAT oven to 350 degree's and grease loaf pan. Use a HEAVY DUTY STAND MIXER with Whisk Attachment. Do not use bread hooks.

  3. IN mixing bowl place flour and yeast, blend together.

  4. In a 2 cup liquid measuring cup, measure applesauce, egg substitute, and fill with warm water for a total of 2 cups of liquid.

  5. ADD to dry mix and yeast, and beat with hand mixer for three minutes on med/high.

  6. IN SEPERATE bowl mix splenda blend and Pumpkin Spices together so that its all even then add to bread mix and blend with spatula until its thoroughly distributed.

  7. POUR into lightly greased 8-inch x 4-inch bread pan and let dough rest for 1 hour. Dough will rise when baking.

  8. BAKE for 70 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes then carefully remove from pan and cool on a rack.
