539 grams Gluten-Free Bread Mix
0.33 cup Applesauce
2 serving Kirkland Real Egg Product (1/4 cup liquid eggs)
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
6 tsp SPLENDA Sugar Blend for Baking
71 grams Market Pantry - apples dried fruit
1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1/4 tsp Yeast

Recipe Directions for Pamela's Gluten Free Bread Mix - Apple Cinnamon

  1. Oven Baking Method

  2. PREHEAT oven to 350 degree's. Use a HEAVY DUTY STAND MIXER with Whisk Attachment. Do not use bread hooks. In a 2 cup liquid measuring cup, measure applesauce, egg substitute, and fill with warm water for a total of 2 cups of liquid. Add to dry mix and yeast, and beat with hand mixer for three minutes on med/high.

  3. IN SEPERATE bowl mix splenda blend and cinnamon together so that its all even then add to bread mix and blend with spatula until its thoroughly distributed.

  4. POUR into lightly greased 8-inch x 4-inch bread pan and let dough rest for 1 hour. Dough will rise when baking.

  5. BAKE for 70 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes then carefully remove from pan and cool on a rack.
