2 large Egg, Whole
2 oz Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 oz(28 g) Yeast

Recipe Directions for Pamela's GF Bread

combine eggg, oil, and enough water to make 2c. liquid, and heat to 100 degrees. add to bread mix and yeast in mixer with paddle (not dough hook). beat on med-high for 3 min. add batter to greased bread pan, and allow to rest for 1 hr. bake @ 350 for 1 hour
