Pamela's Banana Loaf Cake. Note: Splenda was used in place of sugar, recipe calls for 1/2 cup. Pamela's mix was 1 3/4 cups.

Recipe Ingredients for Pamela's Banana Loaf Cake

4 tbsp Butter
2 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Bananas
2 large Egg, Whole
200 g Baking
24 tsp Sweetener
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.5 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Pamela's Banana Loaf Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Beat together butter, sugar or honey, egg and bananas.

  3. Add remaining ingredients and mixed together.

  4. Pour into greased 8 x 4" loaf pan.

  5. Bake for 1 hour, or when inserted toothpick comes out clean.
