Recipe Ingredients for Pam fried fish

16 oz catfish, filets weighing 4 oz each
24 oz onions, sweet
19 oz raw cabbage, shredded
4 tbsp salad dressing
1 tbsp Sugar

Recipe Directions for Pam fried fish

  1. Sprinkle salt-free spices on both sides of fish

  2. Coat frying pan with Pam

  3. Cook fish until lightly browned on both sides, about 10 mins each side

  4. Cut onions into half-inch slices and fry in a Pam coated skillet,over medium heat, until transparent and brown

  5. Chop or shred cabbage for slaw, add dressing and sugar, mix well.

  6. Place fish, slaw, and onions on a plate and serve
