Can also be made in a crock pot on low heat overnight. 350 Degree oven for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Cook longer if meat is raw.

Recipe Ingredients for PaleOMG Breakfast Bake (Modified)

12 large Egg, Whole
1 1/2 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweetpotato
8 serving Sausage
2 serving Coconut Milk Beverage

Recipe Directions for PaleOMG Breakfast Bake (Modified)

  1. Grease dish

  2. Shred sweet potatoes

  3. Dice onion

  4. Whisk 8-12 eggs with 1-2 servings of coconut "milk" or beverage

  5. Cut up sausage

  6. Mix everything together, except the eggs. Add to dish. Pour egg mixture over ingredients.

  7. Pop in the oven.

  8. Serve with optional things like salt, pepper, maple syrup, ketchup, etc.
