Recipe Ingredients for Paleo Trail Mix

90 g sunflower seeds
90 g pecans
140 g almonds
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp vanilla extract
165 g raisins
90 g pumpkin seeds
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Paleo Trail Mix

  1. mix seeds nuts, olive oil, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg

  2. spread on edged cookie sheet

  3. sprinkle with salt (optional)

  4. bake at 350 for 7 minutes, stirring and checking to ensure even toasting and no burning

  5. remove from oven

  6. allow to cool

  7. mix in raisins

  8. 34 grams = roughly 180 calories
