1 medium Green Bell Pepper
3 oz Onions

Recipe Directions for Paleo Stuffed Peppers

Cook onions with cumin, ground coriander, cayenne pepper, and salt. Add ground beef and cook. Place peppers stuffed with mixture into a pot already filled with a can of diced tomatoes and simmer for 40 min.
