Can use either salmon or steelhead trout

Recipe Ingredients for Paleo Salmon Patties

24 oz steelhead trout
1 cup ground almond
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup dill
3 eggs
1/2 cup sweet potatoes
1 dash pepper
1 tablespoon canola oil

Recipe Directions for Paleo Salmon Patties

  1. In a medium bowl, flake salmon mix in eggs, garlic and almond flour, sweet potato, onion garlic, dill and pepper

  2. Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat

  3. Spoon mixture into 3 inch patties 1/2 inch thick

  4. In batched, cook patties about 5 minutes on each side until lightly browned
