Recipe Ingredients for Paleo Pizza

3 eggs
1/2 cup Coconut Flour.
1 cup coconut milk
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 garlic cloves
2 tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 bell pepper
1/4 red onion
1 tbsp green onions
4 slices turkey bacon

Recipe Directions for Paleo Pizza

  1. Prep cookie sheet or pizza pan by covering it with parchment paper to fit the bottom of the pan. Brush with coconut oil.

  2. lightly beat eggs, milk an garlic (both). in a bowl till smooth. Mix wet and dry ingredients and whisk well until it thickens up a little. This will be more like a batter?.not so much dough. Sorry no pizza dough throwing or spinning!

  3. Spread the batter on the already prepped pan.

  4. Bake for 20 mins or until it?s golden brown. Remove from oven. Flip over (carefully).

  5. Add your toppings.

  6. For a sauce I used organic tomato paste with 1/2 can of crushed tomatoes, garlic and fresh herbs (oregano and basil).

  7. Broil for for about 10 mins, checking making sure not to burn the edges.
