Quick easy meatloaf (13 points for 1/5th)

Recipe Ingredients for Paleo Meatloaf

2 pounds lean ground beef
1 cup almond meal
2 eggs
6 oz tomato paste
1 red onion, finely diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tbs sea salt
1/2 cup fresh basil, diced
1 tsp marjoram
2 tsp finely ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Paleo Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F

  2. Mix all incredients by hand in a large mixing bowl

  3. Please meat mixture into a large glass baking dish and form into a loaf

  4. Bake for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is no longer pink in the middle
