Recipe Ingredients for Paleo Crepes

0.32 oz Honey Clover
5 large Egg, White
0.5 cup Almond Meal/Flour
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Coconut Oil

Recipe Directions for Paleo Crepes

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees to keep the crepes warm

  2. 2. In a medium sized bowl or mixer beat eggs.

  3. 3. Add in the almond flour, honey, vanilla, and salt. Beat to form a thin batter.

  4. 4. Heat coconut oil in a fry pan over medium/ heat. (8 inch pan works best ) Once it?s hot, pour some of the batter into the pan. Swirl around immediately so the batter thinly coats entire base of pan.

  5. 5. Once the top is mostly set in about 60-90 seconds, flip the crepe. Fry other side for about 10-15 seconds.

  6. 6. Place crepe on a plate in the oven.

  7. 7. Should make about 8 crepes.
