Awesome! Chocolate doughnut (or muffin) for those on the paleo diet. Note that this has no dairy and no egg.

Recipe Ingredients for Paleo Chocolate Doughnut

2 1/4 cups almond meal
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
0.33 cup agave nectar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
5 tbsp almond oil
1 cup water, cold

Recipe Directions for Paleo Chocolate Doughnut

  1. Mix almond meal, cocoa, soda and salt

  2. Make four wells

  3. Add vanilla, vinegar, oil, and agave nectar to each well

  4. add water

  5. mix well

  6. stir until moistened

  7. pour into cupcake tin or doughnut thingy

  8. bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until done (middle will rise then collapse)
