Easy chili for freezing. High in protein, iron and relatively high in potassium.

Recipe Ingredients for paleo chili

16 oz raw Organic Grass-Fed Lean Ground Beef
2 cup Frozen Bell Peppers
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 cup Tomato Sauce
10 g Cumin Powder
1 tsp Paprika
3 clove Garlic
1 serving(15 g) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tsp chili powder

Recipe Directions for paleo chili

Saute garlic, onion, peppers in oil. Add meat. Brown. Add remaining ingredients, including spices. Cook slowly for about 1 hour. Freeze or eat now.
