This is a heavy, gluten free bread that is good even cold!!

Recipe Ingredients for paleo bread

1.5 cup Almond Meal/Flour
2 tbsp Organic Coconut Flour
4 tbsp Organic Golden Flaxseed Meal
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1.5 tsp Baking Soda
5 large Egg, Whole
4 tbsp Coconut Oil, Unrefined, Organic
1 tbsp Honey Squeezable
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Unfiltered, Organic

Recipe Directions for paleo bread

  1. Mix all dry ingredients and pulse in food processor.

  2. Mix wet ingredients in a bowl and add to food processor and dry ingredients.

  3. Grease a magic line loaf pan (3.5X7) and bake at 325 for 40min or if using a shorter, wider pan adjust temperature and time.
