Recipe Ingredients for Paleo berry cobbler

1 1/2 cups berries
1/2 tbl almond extract
1/6 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/8 cup flax meal
1/8 cup Almond Flour
1/8 cup TVP
1 tbl Buttery Spread
1/2 tbl water
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 pinch salt

Recipe Directions for Paleo berry cobbler

Follow instructions on site and blend the tvp and use it in the place of the coconut flour and nucoa in the place of the coconut oil. I've decided based on calories that it has 6 servings then eat some high protein food with it such as 1/2 a boca burger or some egg whites.
