Recipe Ingredients for Paleo Banana Nut Muffins/Loaf

1 1/2 cup Almond Meal/Flour
1/2 cup Coconut Flour
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup Grain Sweetened Carob Chips
4 bananas
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp molasses
1 tbsp agave syrup
4 eggs

Recipe Directions for Paleo Banana Nut Muffins/Loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Mix dry ingredients

  3. Mix wet ingredients

  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well

  5. Fill greased muffin tins/loaf pan 3/4 full

  6. Bake for 23-25 minutes for muffins, 30 minutes for loaf
