Great Paleo (gluten free, dairy free, grain free) cinnamon apple muffins

Recipe Ingredients for Paleo Apple Muffins

1 Ripe banana
1 apple, finely chopped
4 eggs
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
1/3 cup water
2 1/4 cup almond meal

Recipe Directions for Paleo Apple Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350*

  2. Smash banana with a fork. Add the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Grease a muffin pan with coconut oil, fill to 3/4 full.

  4. Bake for 20 mins.
