1 whole egg plus extra whites with goat cheese and chive.

Recipe Ingredients for Pale Egg Omlette

1 egg
1/4 cup egg whites
2 tbsp 1% milk
1/2 oz goat cheese
1 tbsp chives
1 tsp butter

Recipe Directions for Pale Egg Omlette

  1. 1. Beat egg, egg whites and milk with a pinch of salt.

  2. 2. Chop the chives and slice the goat cheese into small rounds.

  3. 3. Melt the butter in a skilled over medium heat.

  4. 4. Add the eggs and keep the mixture moving for 30 seconds. After it thickens, let it stand and pull the sides up to cook extra liquid for another 20 seconds.

  5. 5. Stuff omlette and fold onto a plate.

  6. 6. Garnish with extra chives.
