A healthy spinach and soya recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Palak Soya

1 cup Spinach
1 1tsp Cottonseed, Salad Or Cooking Oil
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
10 grams Soya Chunks Dried
0.5 small whole (2-2/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.5 tbsp chopped Onions
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Ginger Root
1 g Coriander Powder
0.5 g Red Chili Powder
0.5 g Turmeric Powder

Recipe Directions for Palak Soya

  1. Saute chopped onions.

  2. Add chopped tomato, ginger and garlic. Saute till cooked.

  3. Add turmeric and cook.

  4. Add blended spinach and soaked soya chunks.

  5. add coriander, chilli and salt.

  6. Add a bit of water if too dry.

  7. Cook for 10 minutes.

  8. Serve hot.
