Creamy yummy spinach and homemade paneer. Low-lactose cheese adds texture. Serve with basmati rice, dal, and curry chicken.

Recipe Ingredients for Palak Paneer

8 c baby spinach
4 oz homemade paneer, chunked
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp ginger
2 tbsp skim milk
1 tbsp sesame oil

Recipe Directions for Palak Paneer

  1. Cook and process spinach and tomatoes.

  2. Add spinach paste and milk together in saucepan. Simmer on medium heat.

  3. Add spices, ginger, and oil.

  4. Once consistency is desirable, add paneer chunks and serve immediately.
