Recipe Ingredients for palak paneer

1 cup frozen spinach
1 cup Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 2% Milkfat
1/4 cup tomato
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp ginger
3/4 tbsp oil

Recipe Directions for palak paneer

  1. Heat the oil

  2. Add the spices

  3. add the spinach puree and coock for 2-3 min.

  4. add cottage cheese cubea and chopped tomato add salt

  5. coock for 2-3 min on medium heat

  6. serve with naan or chapati
