Recipe Ingredients for Palaak Paneer Sauce

2 T ghee
1 c onion
1 T ginger
2 tsp garlic
1 T curry powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
200 g spinach
1/2 c cottage cheese
2 T yogurt
420 g extra firm tofu

Recipe Directions for Palaak Paneer Sauce

  1. saute onion, garlic, ginger and chille (to taste) inthe margarine

  2. add the spices

  3. add the spinache, add water if necessary cook till blended

  4. add the cream and tofu and cook till heated through
