My mom's chicken stew. Its really good and the stew is more liquidity.

Recipe Ingredients for Pakistani Chicken Stew

453 g (g g) Chicken
1 Onion
1 clove Garlic
2 Tomato
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp red pepper
1 tsp turmeric
3 cups of water

Recipe Directions for Pakistani Chicken Stew

  1. Brown the onion and the garlic in the olive oil.

  2. after that add in the tomatoes

  3. add in the peppers

  4. add in 1 cup water

  5. let it shimmer and when its turned into a paste (takes 30 min)

  6. add in 2 cups water, letting it boil

  7. after it boils,

  8. the stew is ready!
