VERY good vegetarian/low fat/high flavor/texture chili

Recipe Ingredients for painless 3 bean vegetarian chili

28 oz tomatoes
6 oz tomato paste
15 oz pinto beans
15 oz black beans
15 oz white beans
1 cup TVP (textured vegetable protein)
1 bell pepper
4 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 habanero pepper
1 jalepeno pepper
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin

Recipe Directions for painless 3 bean vegetarian chili

  1. dice and brown onion, bell pepper, peppers, garlic

  2. add beans, tomatoes, and tomato paste. DO NOT DRAIN.

  3. add TVP and spices

  4. simmer 1-2 hours
